Backyard
Music Co.’s mission to expand and bring more music experiences to
communities
across North America. This campaign is rewards-based, meaning that
contributions
are made in exchange for non-financial perks and do not entitle you to any
ownership, equity, or financial return from Backyard Music Co.
2. Perks and Rewards: The perks offered are specified for each contribution
tier.
All perks, such as VIP passes and access to virtual meetings, are subject to
availability. VIP passes are valid for events hosted by Backyard Music Co.
and may
have limited availability depending on venue capacity and event schedule. We
reserve the right to adjust perk availability as necessary.
3. Non-Refundable Contributions: Contributions to this campaign are final
and
non-refundable. By completing your contribution, you acknowledge that all
funds
will be used to support Backyard Music Co.’s expansion and operational
efforts, as
outlined in the campaign details.
4. Privacy and Data Use: By contributing, you agree to provide certain
personal
information, including your name and contact details, which will be used for
campaign purposes only. We may display your name on our “Wall of Supporters”
unless you specify otherwise. Please refer to our privacy policy for more
details
on data use and storage.
5. Event Terms: For contributors receiving VIP Backyard Passes, please note
that
attendance at events is subject to our standard event policies. You are
responsible for your own travel and accommodations, and Backyard Music Co.
reserves the right to reschedule events or adjust the lineup as necessary.
6. Sound Board Access: For contributors who qualify for Sound Board access,
you
will be invited to participate in monthly virtual meetings with Backyard
Music
Co.’s founders. Your input is highly valued, though final business decisions
will
remain at the discretion of Backyard Music Co.
7. Changes to Campaign or Terms: Backyard Music Co. reserves the right to
modify
the campaign structure, perks, or terms if necessary. Any significant
changes will
be communicated to supporters via email and/or posted on the campaign page.
