• 1. Do I need to pay anything to host an event?

  No, there’s absolutely no cost to you as the host. Your friends and neighbors purchase passes to cover the cost of the event. You simply provide the backyard, and we take care of the rest. Tickets range from $25-$50 USD.

• 2. What if my backyard isn’t large enough?

  As long as your backyard can comfortably fit around 30 people, you’re all set! The event is designed to be intimate, so smaller spaces work perfectly for a cozy, personal concert experience.

• 3. Do I need to provide chairs, food, or drinks?

  You don’t have to! Guests will bring their own chairs, and food and drinks are completely optional. However, providing light refreshments is a nice touch if you’d like to add something extra.

• 4. What if I don’t know many people?

  We recommend inviting your friends, family, and neighbors. It’s an opportunity to bring your community together, even if you don’t know everyone, however we have found our hosts to be most successful if there are a larger number of connections within their neighbourhood/friend groups.

• 5. How do I know the artists will match the vibe of my event?

  All of our events follow the same Nashville-style acoustic concert format, featuring intimate performances and storytelling by rising artists from Nashville and around the world. We carefully curate the experience to ensure the concert is engaging and enjoyable for all.

• 6. What happens if not enough passes are sold?

  We’ll work with you to promote the event and help ensure you hit your goals. If the minimum ticket sales aren’t met, we’ll explore alternatives, but rest assured, our team is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way.

• 7. What if there’s bad weather on the day of the event?

  Our events are rain or shine, but we still recommend having a backup plan, such as an indoor space or an alternative date in case of extreme weather. We’re flexible and will work with you on rescheduling if needed.

• 8. How long is the event?

  The event typically lasts about 3 hours. Doors open 1.5 hours before the concert, giving your guests time to mingle, and the concert itself runs for about 1.5 hours.

• 9. What do I need to provide in terms of power and lighting?

  You’ll only need a basic power outlet, an extension cord, and a power bar for the artists’ equipment. If it gets dark, a simple work light from a hardware store will work perfectly to keep things lit.
